This was presented yesterday at a retirement party for our church Pastor.
Every family from the church signed a square.
Made mostly from scrap 2-1/2" strips...i forgot to get a pic of the back, but its very manly with fish & wildlife ( his favorite )

The center was left blank for those I couldnt get signatures from ahead of time, and they were added at the party

Nice job. I did one for our pastor's 20th anniversary leading our church. Made it from the neckites of all the deacons who have served while he was our pastor. Really turned out well. He loved it!
