    Default Ripping Star My Way

This was originally a ripping star pattern from calico carriage quilts. I didn't want to cut all those squares and half squares by hand, do I adapted it to my GO and finished a lot quicker than I would have doing all that cutting by hand.

Beautiful quilt, and how nice that you were able to adapt the pattern to make it easier for you. I was perplexed at first by the name in the title - ripping star - but looked it up and found that it is actually rippling star. Somehow "ripping" seems quite a good name for many of my projects, LOL.
