    I had some orphan blocks...some of them may look familiar to some of you..... :thumbup:
    As some of them were part of a block swap here on the QB. plus I had some from some other projects that didn't make the cut.....so I dived into my scrap bin and made this scrappy quilt...backed it with flannel..also used left over bobbin thread to quilt it.....It is being donated to Peru. A friend of mine has a daughter who does mission work there and they are taking quilts for a village..... this is going with them :thumbup:

    I have a whole basket of orphan blocks that I keep saying I am going to put together in some manner. I think you have inspired me. Great folk art quilt.
