Default Scrappy Twister Baby Quilt Finished

With the help and advise from some forum members I decided to put on the green polka dot border. It was just enough fabric, but I had to piece it for one side to get a long enough strip.

I like fleece as backing for baby quilts as it is soft and cuddly. This time, I used the leftovers from the last couple I did and pieced it together, so the back of the quilt is scrappy, too:

None of my previous fleece-backed baby quilts were quilted as heavily as this one (more like SID), and I have to say that although I love the look of the quilting, it was quite hard to hand quilt it with the fleece so the stitches are not as regular as I would like them to be.

Beautiful and the quilting is super (no matter what you say). Love the colors and so will the baby. BrendaK

The green dot border looks great - that quilt is adorable! And your quilting is marvelous.
