Default Snowmen Lap Quilt & Pillows

Yesterday I finished another project, my snowmen pillows to go with the snowmen lap quilt for my hall bench. I actually got something done on time for a change. The lap quilt was quilted on the frame but not the pillows as I didn't want to take the quilt I have on it off. The snowmen are appliqued embroidery designs from Sweet Pea's website. I minimized the designs for the pillows and I added a couple hot fixed jewels on the left pillow's snowflakes. The fabric for the snowmen themselves is some sort of fleece with clear crystals on it, thought it perfect for their bodies. Have had the fleece for years in my stash and just never used it till now. I ran out of the navy blue fabric so had to go with the burgundy for the pillows. I found some dull gold snaps to use on the backside of the pillows.

    These are beautiful!
I thought I recognized the snowmen as Sweet Peas, then I read your post. It always makes me feel good when I remember correctly-lol-
These make a nice welcome in your hall!

What an adorable collection to brighten up your room for the holidays. All I have out is a couple outside decorations (yet unlit) and not sure if I will put up a tree as we will be gone for Christmas this year, so bringing a 2 ft. tree with us LOL
