    Good job mom! I read an article on the internet that said it was important to keep using our hands as we age because somehow it stimulates the brain and helps keep us young...She is the poster lady for that.

    This is my MIL and she walks everyday, rides her bike during the news. Does suduko puzzles and word searches everyday. She also has very little gray hair. I'm almost white and 30 years younger!
