Made from combining two different patterns from the book Quilt Mavens, I made this batik wall hanging. I'm working on a batik quilt, king sized not this same pattern, and when the bed quilt is finished, this will hang over the headboard. Right now it hangs in the family room for me to enjoy all day.

Just noticed the ripple at the bottom -- will take it down and fix right now!

I cheated -- took a tiny nip in eithr side of the backing and slipped in a 1/4" dowell. Works for me, but don't want to hear from the quilt police!

I didn't even notice it and had to look when I read it. That design is one I want to do.

I really like your quilt. Paper-piecing and patience go hand and hand and it sure has paid off big time dividends for you. It is simply a work of art. Beautiful.
