    I was drawn to that same fabric almost 2 years ago. I made my husband and my son each a blanket out of it. Can't wait to see your OBW when it's finished.

    this is looking great! I love using fabrics with ppl and or animals in them as it's such fun to pick out the details! I like your layout and agree that a skinny turquoise border would really pull that colour out of the quilt. Lovely job!

    Maybe 2 skinny borders with the turquoise and peachy copper and then brown binding?

    beautiful. what is the "diameter" of your block?
    amazing insight what can be made. how will you plan on how much fabric?
