    Default Terrace House Respite Inn

My cousin has purchased a home to be used for respite care for those who care for differently-abled children and spouses. I made this coffee themed quilt for the home. I wanted to hand quilt but it was just too big and had too many seams for my abilities, so it was machine quilted. And I put the back on upside down!!!!!! When viewed correctly, the label ended up upside down. When I noticed, I was in too deep to re-do!.

    Cute quilt.

Most people don't look at both sides at the same time.

If anyone asks, just say you intended it that way.

I think it's so cute and cozy looking! I love how you used the fabric - I've eyed that one a few times online. I really doubt anyone would notice/care about the placement of the backing, it's a wonderful quilt!

ha, ha. you could always hand stitch another label on the "other end".

These care givers are probably so tired or so relaxed that they will just be wrapped up in your lovely quilt. What a wonderful gift for the Inn.

As was stated above, it's not likely to have both sides viewed at the same time -- and it makes it unique! Personally, I think it's lovely and I love the fabric you've used! (Fairly certain I have coffee running through my veins...) lol

Very pretty Irish chain! I love the fabric on the back, with all the pots, grinders and mugs tossed. Wishing your sister all the best with her respite care home.
