Here is the final result of my thread painting project. Thank you to all who gave me input. I will be taking it to my friend in GA later this month, she will be so surprised. It is a replica of the cover of her most recent published book!

What a great thing to do for your friend. It looks great. I learned to thread paint first so when I went to FMQ, it was so easy. There weren't all those pop pop pops from the multiple players of thread.
