    I went back and looked at the quilt-top again and my eyes wandered to the right upper corner where I see a secondary pattern emerging. If the 5th block (blue) was switched out with a yellow/purple it makes a very cool prism-effect (IMHO).

    Oh no, this is not an embarrassing quilt or an ugly one. It is very attractive and definately a female quilt as opposed to a male quilt. Darn I don't seem to know how to add one of those smily faces. I just get a :D
