    In Hawaii we use the term "chicken skin" which I guess would be the equivalent to "goose bumps". I read your initial question and wondered what you would do. I didn't imagine it would turn out so fabulous and appropriate as this. This is truly a "comfort" quilt. God bless your kind heart.
