Default Viking Wallhanging for my Son in law

I found a picture on Pinterest of a viking. I could not find it anywhere else and could not find the original artist. I used the picture for inspiration to make a wallhanging for my Son in Law. He blacksmiths and imagines himself as a viking. I made this for his birthday. There are viking runes around the border. There is a lot of quilting for accent. He really likes it and is going to hang on his cubicle wall at work.

I think you did a very good job with developing and quilting with only a photo as your pattern.
