Default what I've been working on this week

One of my customers asked that I do lots of modern lines on her king size quilt--so I did! I loaded it sideways cause I needed to first stitch in the "bones" of 3" pathways ala' Krista Withers (thanks, Krista!) and really baste well the open areas where motifs and lies will go. On the braided areas I SID to stabilize them--I don't plan to quilt on the actual braids unless I need to in order to keep quilting density even. All hand guided on my Gammill with SoFine #50 thread. I figure it will need about 24hrs total to finish.

OMgoodness, ,,,, Your can't be a "quiltingshorttimer", your design and stitching is to well done to be inexperienced!

Your customer should be super pleased with your efforts.
