    Default whew.....tired

    Well I finally got it worked out. Used up a seam ripper but I think it was worth the trouble

    Well done. I tried a DWR with this method and couldn't get the corners to line up, so now it's in the UFO bin. That striped fabric reminds me of the 'ticking' (covers) on my kapok mattress when a child.

    Thanks everyone. I will quilt it to the batten and liner after I wash and iron the muslin liner. Prob also gonna add about a foot borer of denim around the edges, not sure about that yet. All in all I like it and will make another one in the near future

    Wow, looks like a ton of work, but aren't you glad you persevered and got a lovely quilt? By the way, DWR is Double Wedding Ring.
