Nine Patch Pizazz--it requires a large block with coordinating fabrics. The book is by Judy Sisneros.

What beautiful fabric. A wall hanging might even be a masterpiece.

For those of you who were intrigued by this fabric... I did decide to order it, and it just arrived today.

Now that it's here I can answer some of the questions people had. It is a large scale fabric. The birds are about 12" - 13" long, and the pattern repeat on the fabric is 24" vertically.

Several of us looked at it and decided that there is no point in buying less than a yard, because you would not get many whole birds. In one yard you will generally get three birds, possibly just nipping off the tail feathers on the third bird, depending where the yard starts.

We love the stripe that's part of this group, too!
