how do I delete the visitors messages I get ? and I'm not trying to be smart but what is the purpose of that feature when you can PM a member I often wondered about that My notification keep telling me I have 1 unapproved visitor message I keep going to the message don't know how to delete it, and still I have a notification 1 unread unapproved does the moderator have to approve? Then there is moderation tools ???? how do they work? thanks just trying to figure it all out..........

i don't use visitor messages so can't really help you there. but if you click the little box at the top right, then you can click on Moderation Tools... there are several options there HTH

I don't know the point of Visitor Messages either, but I've had 3 from newbies -- those were a surprise! 
But as QuiltnNan says, go to Moderation Tools. There's an option there to delete the messages.
