    Just curious. I'm always looking for new gluten-free recipes and ideas.

    I have celiac disease. I was diagnosed 5 years ago. I have some good recipes if you are interested.

    I don't have any recipes for this, but I had never heard of the disease till I volunteered at this camp this past summer...

    This girl in my Discussion Group has a really bad version of the disease... she can't even tough anything with sugar or gluten. I felt so bad! I had an entire game planned with m&m's and she wouldn't have been able to play... but we had been given a bag of balls to use in another game, so I improvised.

    I swiftly told the coordinators that they need to let us know who is in our small groups and if they have something like this...

    my neighbor was just diag. with this..single guy..thanks for the info, i will print out some of the info and recipes..he is a great cook..so hoping he will be able to adapt to this a little easier..he is not on a computer..so this will help. thanks
