Our family loves the lemon ones! Yum! They are fun to try different flavors.

I've made the recipe without the cool whip, and they aren't as good.

I made these yesterday using dark chocolate cake mix and they are delicious and oh so easy to make. DH will be taking some to the office party on Wed.
    Thanks Lynnie for posting this.

Has anyone tried making them with a gluten free baking mix?

    recipe:
    2 cups of Cool Whip
1 box, any flavor of cake mix
1 egg beaten. mix all together. I used a mixer, drop in powdered sugar. they are kind of sticky,
put on a baking sheet in a 350* oven for 10-12 minutes. super yommo.

I got chocolate for tonight. may add chips to it too.
let me know how they came out.

I made these yesterday using a spice cake mix. Turned out very nice. I will try some of the other cake flavors using your recipe.
