Daughter served this the other night soooo good and easy!

1can of chicken (it is bigger can than tuna)
    2.8 oz. cream cheese
    hot sauce to taste

Place chicken and cubed cream cheese in microwave.
Cook until cheese melts stir often, When done add hot sauce to your own taste. Seve with crackers (we like wheat thins)

    Pat,
When you say hot sauce are you talking about salsa, like Pace Picante?

Kathy, its hot pepper sauce like Franks or Texas Pete. :D

Thanks Pat, I think I will try your recipe. I used the one on Southern Plate, its similar but calls for 3/4 cup of hot sauce  and it was so hot. Really to hot for my taste. Thanks for posting this.

I do not know about the hot sauce but rest sounds great. I always prefer the canned chicken over tuna plus has less sodium.... will have to try the cream cheese and maybe a tad of hot sause. When living in TX they had what is called Lousiana red hot and it is not quite as hot as tobascco... really liked it. Had a little pickled flavor to it.

No picante, Louisiana hot sauce!! (Texas Pete or similar) Like you use on hot wings.
