    Well, I had a ton of pears in the frige (about 10). They were a mix of anjous and bosc. So I hopped on my favorite recipe site (allrecipes) and went on the hunt. I ended up finding this recipe for a pear pie. I didn't feel like making a crust so I used my cinnamon graham crackers, mixed with butter and sugar. I did not prebake. I laid the pears down, added some toasted walnuts and added the custard (added cinnamon). It's in the oven right now. I will let ya'll know tomorrow if it was a flop! haha

    It's good but to sweet. It's probably not a repeater.

    if you ever have lots of pears again i make my pear pie exactly like i do my apple pie except i add a pinch of cloves.
