This one is best served hot out of the oven. They get a little tougher after they are cold but they are still good!

    You will need:

Flour Tortillas preferably the small ones
Cheese of your choice. I use colby cheese - shredded
note: if you can buy the block type cheese it is better flavor if you
can shred your own cheese. It tastes fresher.
1 Package of dry Pizza seasoning this may be something you might have to find online. I used to get it at HyVee a long time ago but now I get it at a local country store.

    Spray your tray
Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Lay the tortillas on a cookie sheet. Don't overlap them.
Cook the tortillas in the oven for 5 mins.

Mix shredded cheese and the pizza seasoning together. The amount is up to you.

Spread the cheese mix on the tortillas and put them back into the oven for 5 - 10 mins depending on how crisp or chewy you like them.

Take them out of the oven and cut with a pizza cutter into pie shaped pieces!!

These are soooo good when the cheese is still melted!

I tried putting pizza sauce on them and you can -but the chip doesn't get as crispy. I thought they were a little too soggy.

Plus you can make pizza out of tortillas if you like.

This was a BIG hit at Day Care!!
