    Do you know jelly can be made with “bad wine”? I’ve done it & it works. Now as for the recipe, I’m not sure I know what I did it, but Mr Google can always help.

    Hummm...good idea! Waste not, want not. Unfortunately, I threw the wine out already.

    That being said, I may have some opportunity to let the vintner know that we received an off bottle. I think that they would want to know. (Although, I think that they probably already know the quality of that vintage.)
    As a person who makes wine, I would like to know when I get a bad batch of corks. And yes corks can can be bad, and if one is bad then maybe the whole bags of corks could be bad. And that can be a lot of wine wasted. 1 gallon = 5 bottles,
