Stufffed tomatoes

4-6 Medium size tomatoes, red or green
1 pound hamburger
1/4 C diced onion
1 clove garlic - crushed
S & P to taste
1/2 C shredded Swiss cheese or your favorite flavor

Preheat oven to 350.

Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out the inside. Sprinkle cavity with salt and turn upside down to drain. This will pull alot of juice out of the tomato.
While tomatoes are draining, brown hamburger, onion, garlic, S & P and any other favorite seasonings you like. Drain. When meat has cooled, add the shredded cheese. Fill tomatoes with meat mixture and bake 10-15 minutes, just long enought o make the meat hot enough to melt the cheese.
