    Default White Chili

I got this recipe from my daughter. I love it!!

    White Chili
    1 lb. chicken breast
    medium onion chopped
7 oz. can chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
48 oz. jar Great Northern beans
    14 oz. can chicken broth
    2 teaspoons oregano
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2 teaspoons chili powder
Cook chicken. Cut into bite size pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients to the chicken and simmer for 30 min.
    Just before serving, Add:
1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream and 8 oz. sour cream.
Simmer again till heated through. Serve with crushed tortilla chips, or I like crushed frito's!!

I love white chili, but instead of chicken breast i'll use ground white chicken or turkey.

It sounds really good minus the beans, I'm allergic to them. Add a chopped Poblano pepper, seeds and veins removed.
