Default Looking for help identifying a treadle

Does anyone out there recognize this machine? It belongs to my brother, but I can't seem to find out anything. I can't read the brand, and we can't find a serial # either.

Sometimes the name on the machine can help determine who sold it - for bulk orders, National would put just about any name on the machine for the reseller.

Model is "Improved Eldredge B" or IEB for short.

I'll have to ask my brother, he's in Phoenix, so I don't have access to the machine itself. I'm on a mission, lol!
