Okay the two plugs........The one that is real similar to the machines color is the one for the light. The other is the power cord for the motor. The thing is, it used to be in a cabinet and both plugs plugged into a central block that the foot or knee control tied into.

I need a few more photos one on the top of the motor or the back of the machine, and one of the underside of the motor around the wiring if you can get it. What is on the label under the bracket of the motor? And is there any JC numbers cast in the bed or on the edge of the bed? I didnt get much info on the JA number other than it share the same spot as a Central manufactured machine. The JC should get me the maker.

This is the part you need right here I do believe.......If you want a price PM me and I can fix you up. I have to make a stock order Monday morning and I can get it tossed in if you want me to get it for you.

You know this machine is a really nice machine to have. It uses the Class 15 bobbins and they are readily available and the needles are a 15x1. After some cleaning and a good oiling and a polish you will have a machine to be very proud of!
