    Hello,

I have been searching a while for information on a Dressmaker Zigzag JA12 for a while now. This machine is very similar to what I have and I am missing the foot pedal and instruction manual. Is anyone still around to help with this model of sewing machine?

    Thanks,

    Tucker

Hello, My Mom has an old Dressmaker sewing machine, 1960's, model # J-A12, JNZ 608916. The rubber wheel for winding the bobbin has cracked in pieces. Does anyone know where we can find just the rubber wheel? Everything else works just fine. Thanks, Elizabath

I think this thread is just about dead. I went to sewing express and they fixed my machine. It was very expensive though.

I would need a part like that for the Riccar. It has the double plug already, but it's set up with a knee control for a cabinet - plus the plugs coming off the box don't looks so good. I know the 15 clone is a good machine, but I'm still not sure if want to put any money into it to fix it - I keep going back and forth. DH wants me to put it in my garage sale. :( I'm just not quite sure about the separate cord from the motor and light (long cords) that get plugged and then to more cards - one to a foot pedal (now a knee one) and one to a plug (now looking poorly, but I guess I could replace that.) Any thoughts?
