    I found this in KY for 7.50 at a goodwill. I am trying to remember if it was Singer or MW Anyway it has an air tube that runs from the machine to the foot pedal and it runs great, bobbin loads in the machine with needle threaded. anyone know what i am talking about and has any info. IT has several feet etc,It its still on the boat and I am back in FL for the winter AS I Stay there from mid May till mid Sept; any one know about it??? CMARAS1234

    I think you need to watch for deteriorating plastic or a crimp in the air hose otherwise it should be ok.

    I had a Singer that had an air tube years ago....HATED it. Felt like I had to tromp the pedal to get it to move an inch. Finally just gave it away and bought my Janome.

    I thought it was Elna machines that had the air foot controller. I didn't know Singer did too.

    i had one, but gave it away. It was nearly new, IT WAS A SCHOOL MACHINE. They work fine I guess until you have to replace the air tube.

    I have an Elna with an air foot controller and it is a very nice machine - works great. I think it all depends on the condition.

    We have an Elna, school machine, with the air tube. Haven't tried it yet. Interesting.

    No .It is a 4623.I called my Brother to go to the boat and it is a Singer.I made a quilt top while I was up there this yr.Been home in Fl.about three weeks.Cant get pict. till i go back.Brother is not computer savvy.sorry. Carol.
