Default Seeking parts for a Singer No. 20 sewing machine

I recently purchased from an estate a Singer No. 20 sewing machine or more commonly called a salesman's sample. Some call it a child's sewing machine. It is missing several pieces and I was wondering if anyone knew of a person that tinkers with sewing machines that may have the parts I am looking for. I talked to a quilt shop owner who was with Singer for a long time and asked him if you could still get parts and he said that you can't. I thought if someone knew of a person that tinkers with old machines they may have some parts left over from other machines they couldn't fix. I am certainly willing to pay them for the parts. I have a parts manual if that would help. Any help anyone can offer is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Deb Wise, Waynesboro, PA
