Abused Free cabinet is (was) a #5
Hello all,
The Free machine was in a #5 cabinet ISMACS has info on the #5. There is one for sale in Texas. I think they are probably the prettiest cabinets made and the stand legs were cast with a faux wood trim to accent the wood cabinet. The frame will be refinished and repurposed as a display stand in an antique shop. The head is on the back burner for now. I have a quilt to pick up this week from the long arm lady and am currently piecing together another one. Chow for now.

You are so right Soman2. It looks like that head was on a back burner for a long time before you got it. What a story that machine must have to tell but perhaps it is "R" rated by the looks of what is left.
