I have a 1945 Singer 15. Decaled on the top of the arm "Manufactured in Great Britain"
Is there any partiicularl additional value in the US?

In my opinion, no. I haven't had "Made in Canada" or "Made in Great Britain" make any difference to any buyer, or least not that they ever noted.

In my area, the vintage machine market is very soft. I can't sell a machine for anything, but I'm only on craigslist.

I agree with Joe. It doesn't make much difference where it was made. You don't get very much money for old machines other than FW's.

If it has that royal air force decal, it will sometimes bring more, not a lot more, but some more.

Yup. RAF FW bring some big bucks. I'd love to have one!
