No. This machine is one of the ones that were manufactured using the leftovers after Singer bought out Wheeler & Wilson. My 9W does NOT have the "W" serial number, and this one looks like a shortbed....meaning that it's earlier (think 1906) and was made using all W&W parts (or mostly).

They are cool machines! I want to catch up to myself so that I can play with mine a bit!!

I saw one in Portland that I almost insisted on going to see...gorgeous cabinet, but no pics of the machine...
