Default advertising

I have never had this happen until now but I am reading this forum and ads keep playing. Did I click something I shouldn't have or is this new? I can't get it to stop.

It might be just an advertiser that QB allows to post.

It might be a good idea to run an antispyware and malware scan on your system in case something got into your system.

Thanks for the reminder. I thought of that earlier and then promptly forgot it once it stopped! I will do that right now.

I had the same issue until I switched from Google Chrome to Firefox as my Internet browser.

I also use the AdBlock Plus Add-on for Firefox. The latest version is 2.6.

I have no advertising at all when I come to the QB.

I've noticed these ads too and thought it was just me. Glad to know I'm not alone. I tend to click on a whole set of links at one time and then pull one up at a time to view. Have you ever had all the ads singing at the same time but off by one or two notes? Gets a bit annoying. Will have to see what I can do to shut them up. I use Google Chrome but may have to go over to Foxfire if I can't find a solution with Google.....DRAT!!!!!!
