Red face anybody ever heard of an ELDORADO treadle?

I have a chance to buy 4 old treadles. 1 is a Monkey Ward, 1 is a Damascus, 1 is a Minnesota and the other 1 has no name that I could see but it has ELDORADO in the irons on both sides. gorgeous carved drawers and cabinet, needs work, but I find that I am going to have to get them especially the ELDORADO!! Why you ask? Because my CAR is a cadillac ELDORADO. RED no less. this machine is kind of a plain jane but there might be decals under all the grime. Did not have my camera along today. Will have to go back with my friend and he big vehicle to put them in. She said she would store them in her garage/basement til my room is done. Amy

I've seen a few Eldorado treadles on Craigslist over the years. Damascus is another MW machine. Nothing beats a good solid machine. Congratulations!

I just bought an Eldorado treadle - absolutely the most beautiful machine and the cabinet is a work of art. I can't find info. anywhere on this machine. If you've heard anything more about these machines let me know. p.s. I also had a Cadillac Eldorado although mine was blue 1987 model - great car! Rawnsley

A quick look at ISMACS needle list states that National made at least one machine named Eldorado. It takes 20x1 needles, by the way.
