Bought another one
Now, if I did my research right - this should be a 3/4 size Standard made machine. I'm still looking for a Standard rotary type.
if it's a full size machine, that is OK too. I didn't want to ask and then give the seller info that they could use to increase the likely hood the price would go up.
I wasn't specifically looking for a smaller machine - I was specifically looking for a Standard made machine.

I'm still looking for a good New Home machine.
Here is what I was using for comparison

and for fun - here is a National "Favorite" as you can see, a very different machine.

I like that "Arrow head". I just got weak and bought my 1st ebay machine. A Windsor B for $35 plus shipping. It looks like a 3/4 size in a cast iron base. Will post link photo from my PC later. Are you saying the Arrow is an example of New Home?

The "Arrow" is a Standard machine -nothing to do with New Home. The only connection is that I'm also looking for a New Home machine.
I'm buying more off ebay because I don't want to deal with any more treadle bases - or the pain factor of transporting them. I'd rather pay more for a nice machine than an OK machine in a nice cabinet.

Cathy,
You could send about 4 Singer treadles to my house .... . Seriously there are none around here to be had.
OK, the eBay pic wouldn't load but I've seen one before.
Now, what is this "steampunk" stuff I keep seeing on eBay?
Joe

Isn't it odd that a pretty thorough internet search turns up nothing about a sewing machine made by the Indian Motorcycle Company? Maybe I didn't look in the right places.
