Default Brunswick Cabient - Am I Crazy or What?

Has anyone of you attempted to restore a cabinet in this delapidated state? I am thinking that I can using the very damaged pieces as patterns. I have been looking at the oak wood and see that even though it is very weathered it is not rotten and the pieces are for the most part not warped. The side drawers are long gone but the center piece and the pivoting drawer are in fair shape. I think the cabinet is in better shape than it looks. I tried to post more pictures but the QB is slow and kept timing out. Am I crazy to think I can do a restoration on it? DH thinks I am.

FYI Charlee. The treadle belt looks like a boot lace, square cut - not round - and is in very good shape.

I envy your ambition and skills. I'm sure it will be lovely when finished.
