Model 66 for sure due to the red eye decals. I can't find a date for it due to the fact that none of the charts show a G prefix with a 0xxxxxx number. If I drop the 0 the number shows as different machines depending on what site I am looking at.
Singer Redeye #G8475001
Model 66, one of 50,000 allotted on 11-3-1920
Singer # AB871300 blk treadle
Model 66, one of 50,000 allotted on 12-25-27
Singer #AF850108 blk crinkle paint, treadle converted to electric
Model 66, one of 20,000 allotted on 4-1-41 ( probably a 66-18)
Hope this helped some.

Drop the first zero after the G. This shows as a 1910 model 31, but we know if it has Redeye decals that it's a model 66.
My 115 shows on the charts as as model 27, and from what I was told by the folks in the know over at Needlebar, Singer was known to stop production of a model to make a short run of another model, but failed to note it in the records.
Even though my 115 shows a serial number listed as a model 27, and the person at NB who collects serials has model 27s listed before and after my serial, my machine is obviously a 115. I think the same thing probably happened with your Redeye. So look at your #G0796869 as a 1910 Redeye, model 66-1.
