Electric Plug What is this?

Default Electric Plug What is this?

This is on a martha washington cabinet with a white machine.

AZKat,

That plug is or would have been for the power cord and foot controller. My Newhome Greyhound has the same plug in the back of the machine base.

Where would I go to find a plug? The machine is a knee control. I just need the plug for the wall to test the motor. This little machine is a "heal thy self" machine. I really want to help it along :-)

I'm sorry to say, I have no idea. I'd love to find a replacement set for my machine as the originals are in sad shape.
