My husband recently brought home an Elgin treadle machine, says made by Jarrell Company in Rockford, IL. The serial number is #C111416. If anyone has any information on this machine, I would really appreciate it. I would love to know the manufacturing date. The machine is a little rough, but will be a fun project.

Thanks for info. Cabinet and machine looks like pictures of "Elgin" on the needle bar site, but says Jarrell Company on top. The serial # on mine is quite lower than that one as well. I will try to post picture soon.
