Default Featherweight 221

Does anyone have suggestions on where to purchase an acrylic extension table for my "little guy". I am in need of Christmas list items and thought this would be nice.

I have a "sew steady" for my Pfaff and love it. Got it through Nancy's Notions. There may be other sources, as well.

Try Ken's Sewing Center and ask for Donna or Ken. 1-877-536-7739. She can get you the best price on a Sew Steady acrylic table. I purchased 2 machines and a grace frame from her and she beat out all the others by a lot price-wise and they are very, very helpful. I just spoke with Ken and for a Featherweight he recommends size 18 x 24 and quoted me $89.00. (Free shipping) They are custom made so they take 3 to 4 weeks. I checked elsewhere and they advertise $89, but then added tax, shipping and custom charges! I am not affiliated with them in any way, just love their prices and service.

I have seen them listed on ebay in all sorts of prices, sizes, and colors (clear, black). You could check there to see if there is anything you like assuming you are willing to buy on ebay or as one of the guys on the Board calls it: "fleabay".

I have a Sew Steady for my Featherweight, but I don't like to use it, it's too large! Maybe you know someone who has one and can borrow theirs to see if you would use it.

What size do you have? Ken recommended 18 x24 maximum for a featherweight and he said the others are too large for a FW. The smallest size for a FW is 18 x 18.

I have the giant 24 x 32 for my Juki Exceed and I love it.
