Now you've got it. That's what I would've done. I do have a 201-2. It was my first Singer and even though I keep saying I'm not a Singer gal my Elizabeth is possibly my very favorite machine. (Shh-don't tell any of my Brothers, lol)

I have one just like that, cabinet and all. The only problem I have is that the wiring in the cabinet is shorted out. I did use my FW cord and it work fine. Right now she is in storage because I had to down size.

I'm going to show my husband this so that he won't feel so bad about me having two vintage sewing machines in the house.
Or maybe it's to warn him.
