What a great find, the cabinet reminds me of the one my mother-in-law (deceased) had on her old singer machine which was activated by using the side of your knee. Gee I miss her.

This looks similar to my DH's leather sewing machine. Is it actually to quilt on? Neat looking machine, never seen one like it before!..
