    Got my RAK from Charlee..

When I received my new Featherweight Charlee helped me realize I didn't have a seam guide and graciously sent me one with the screw for FREE!!!!

Thanks so much for your generosity, you are wonderful!!!

~laffin~ I'll play!! A RAK is a "Random Act of Kindness"..... and it wasn't so much. Pinkberrykay needed one, I had an extra....

    What do I win????

Charlee you win a big round of applause and all the hugs (((((hug)))))) you can handle!
To make lots of quilts, is to have lots of scraps, and I do, and I do.

seam guide is the plate under your needle area that has the marked lines on it. you can purchase these on ebay, etc
take plenty of pic of family & friends, keep tabs on loved ones but make time for yourself !

This is a seam guide....it attaches to the bed of the machine to give you a "ledge" to butt the edge of your fabric against as you stitch. Straight line stitching is NOT one of my better talents, I'd be lost without one!

Ohhhh! So that's what that is! I have one, but am just clueless! And all this time I thought I should just use the blue painter's tape! Thanks for the education and the RAK to pinkberrykay.

I am so THANKFUL and HAPPY to know I am not the ONLY clueless sewer out there!!!!! HAHA!!! But if we knew everything.... we wouldn't be buying quilt patterns to challenge our brains, or other challenging projects.
