Default Singer that looks more like gray marble color?

I am looking at a very old singer in a cabinet numbers on it SN-AJ250021 that looks more like a 99K but it looks more like a gray marble from the pictures. Does anyone know anything about this? The wheel looks black but the rest is gray looking. Please help as I might want to buy. Thanks

Thanks MissSandra, I did look there and think the machine is dated about 1935 but it shows no pictures. I just never saw one that color.

You may be looking at a 128 matte or crinkle finish. they also are a 3/4 size. Check out ISMACS website for a detailed break out under dating and identifying Singer models and submodels- very good.

You are right, I finally found it on one of the sites here where everyone was showing all their collections. It is a 128. Not as pretty I don't think. I can buy it for $99.00 but not decided for sure yet.

That's too high a price for that machine. You can find them for $35-50 easily!!
