The Japanese made copies of many different Singer machines. And then they made other machines that were not copies. With or without a model number, pictures are the best way for us to help you ID the machine.
There are many on line sources of manuals. There is also resource thread at the top of this page
( For Vintage & Antique Machine Enthusiasts ) with lots of information.
There's also a thread called "Will the real 15 clone please stand up" { http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...p-t164361.html }. Maybe a machine like yours will be in there.
Lots of info here on the QB. You just need to start looking around.
