I got it! My Green 15-125

I usually plug it into a power strip and try it that way. That's pretty much not the recommended way to do it though.
I eyeballed the wires on my 201 two or three times before they simply crumbled. Wiring isn't my strong point, I usually have outside help. I am getting better at telling what is bad news and what's ok.

I also plug into a power strip to try it. I check over the cords for any cracks in the insulation but is that all I should be doing? Have you plugged in the new green 15 and tested it yet?
I don't want to highjack your thread. I guess I need to search out wiring threads!

Hijack away!
The wiring that fell apart on my 201-2 was the stuff in the cord plug in area on the machine itself. The connections just went. Hopefully somebody better with wiring chimes in. Certainly do a search. I used a lot of information from Rain's blog and some from Tammi's.
I'm going to clean it up a bit more before I test it just because it was jammed before. I'm getting more patience with these after I had so many problems with the 201. Some of those problems I made myself.
