Default I have a new 'baby'. I think her name will be LUCY

Thanks to BoJangles I found out that "Lucy' was born on August 15, 1940.

SHe is in fairly good shape but I have a few? for you all please:
(1) how do I remove/replace the worn out partially rubbed off decals?
(2) should I repaint the worn off edges?
(3) if so what kind of black paint do I use on her?
(4) OR should I just rub her down, shine her up and use her the way she is?

If the last one is the suggestion what do I shine her up with?

Laquita, congrats on your new baby Lucy, I'm sure someone will help you on your questions or you could do a search on cleaning antique machines in the search box?

I had one in that condition - Glenn's tutorial made that baby look pretty darn good. http://www.quiltingboard.com/vintage...s-t186522.html
