Default I need a treadle machine to go with my cabinet.

We have a beauty treadle cabinet and a treadle machine and they will not fit together! The frame has a 10 1/2 " between the two screws in the hinge. It is not made for a Singer sewing machine. So What sewing machine does it take...
Any ideas

My Kenmore is the only machine I have that measures close to that, but it's got a tail, not a treadle. My Pfaff measures 11 inches, the Singers are 9 3/4, the W&W9 is smaller, the Davis has no hinge pins, the A.G. Mason (White) is smaller....
I'll be interested to see what fits!

I made the opening wider on one of my treadles to make mine fit. We used a demel. No regrets...now its useable.

Goes to a "newer" (1890's and up) full sized Davis Vertical feed or Underfeed machine. Davis made millions of machines though most were badged with trademark or customer requested names such a Minnesota and Honeymoon.

Thanks Ron that is a big help.. Now anyone know where I can find one? My mother just had knee surgery and the PT knowing she quilts suggested her using a treadle machine to strengthen her ankles.. Thanks everyone for all the help.

Best to post a pic of the cabinet. Ebay, Craigslist, and Shopgoodwill are all good sources for machine heads.
