Yep, that's about what they run for in the antique malls around here too. I've seen maybe 3 selling for $299 but that's pretty rare and it's usually missing the case or has damage for that price.

My featherweight travels where ever we go. Many times I run it off a generator. If we have no electricity I have a Singer hand crank I use. Yep--have machine will travel!
